Keystone Property Group delivers another successful exit to investors

Sheffield based property investment firm Keystone Property Group’s sixth recommended investment has delivered another high return for investors in a Manchester project. Investors were rewarded with a 24% return over the 16-month term.

Talbot Road is Keystone Property Group’s sixth successful property investment opportunity, following: Westminster Works, Birmingham; Silbury Boulevard, Milton Keynes; and Hadrian’s Tower, Newcastle.

Over a split height of 9 and 10 storeys, the Talbot Road development comprises 156 units of one-and two-bedroom apartments and two-and three-bedroom duplex apartments along with 65 parking spaces. Facilities will include roof and garden amenity space, a spacious internal courtyard and cycle storage.

The site is located to the South West of Manchester City Centre in the town of Stretford and has easy access to all commuter links.
